The premise of strong female characters was the main factor in choosing this completed drama to watch. This one was a slow start to me. About episode 4 I think I was about ready to drop it mainly because it was kinda of boring. I decided to stick with it because I really liked the character of Cha Hyeon/Scarlett. It felt very draggy to me to end but I liked Cha Hyeon too much to quit.

Let's start with Scarlett. First of all, Lee Da Hee is so freaking gorgeous. I like that she can defend herself but on the flip side has such a mad crush on daytime dramas. It was really cute. Her crush on Ji Hwan was really cute and I found their chemistry far more mesmerizing than the lead couple. I would have liked more of them towards the end on their dates before he went to the military. Lee Jae Wook is going to be one to watch for years and years.

Bae Ta Mi. I really wanted to like her character but I just never connected with her. Ta Mi was good as a leader at work but her dating skills and judgment are terrible. Her back and forth dance with Park Morgan was tiresome. From almost the moment they met she was against the age difference. She knew he wanted to get married and have kids. She didn't want those things but she wanted him. Back and forth they would go. Neither character should have to give up their dreams or choice. If the two characters had much fire in them it might have been interesting but the actors chemistry was bland and it made the back and forth fall flat. Their decision to just live in the here and now was expected but I don't feel like there's much of a future for them without one of them compromising their desires.

Ga Gyeong. Hard character to read. She comes across as stoic most of the time but as it went on you find it was mainly a wall to protect herself from the horrible parents she has and her monster MIL. For most of the drama I didn't like her and she really only got really interesting when she divorced her husband. That's when her emotions came out and you began to feel with her. I don't think I ever truly liked her but at least she was interesting and she finally did the right thing. I have some hopes her and her ex-husband will fall in love for the right reasons.

The friendships were good when they were good but they were also weird. Scarlet and Ta Mi were the closest to being friends. There was progression onscreen. Ga Gyeong I am not sure knows how to be a friend. I wouldn't consider her friends with either Scarlett or Ta Mi. She came across mostly as a business foil. I think they all respect each other and maybe frenemies is the better word. Maybe after Ga Gyeong finally did the right thing, the three of them can finally move more to the friends side as the final convertible ride suggests. I wished Ta Mi's piano teacher friend would have been used as a true friend instead of in the end being just a plot point to mess up Ta Mi and Morgan.

Brian was a great character! Good boss. Admits mistakes and just really cool vibes. The Barro team has a great cast of characters. Ellie's transformation was fun to see.

The internet search engine story was interesting and frightening. Timely as well. Even though I am always skeptical of seeing things on the news and believing them, now it makes me think about things in a different light. This isn't a drama that has big cliffhangers and the issues that arose weren't riveting or jaw-dropping. For me it wasn't the feel good buddy drama that I had hoped it would be but they were strong, female characters.

In the end, it was an okay watch. Not terrible but it won't ever go on a favorites list of mine. I did think it clever about how she exposed the monster MIL with using a search of WWW. Nice play on the title. The most memorable thing for me in this drama is Scarlett and Ji Hwan characters and Lee Jae Wook.

2/5 It was okay but had a lot of issues for me but not enough to fast forward. Likely to not remember it too much.
